Pathetic Municipal Service

The most pathetic excuse for service in an accounts department in the country. Payments made on their online platform do not reflect for 6 weeks plus after the event. When queried there is never a reply. The AG should investigate the too long of debtor receipts. This is an indication that missppropriation may be occuring within the accounts department.
