Pathetic feedback given, but it was expected to be honest

I made a claim for damages suffered due to a pothole on the 4th of September 2017 already. Until now i haven't received an outcome as yet. Of course all the forms and supporting documents were provided. The person dealing with it (Simon Zgambo) is never available when i require feedback and the customer care line is even worse, even if you leave a message. The branch at fault is the Boksburg branch. Someone better get back to me as i will not let this matter just pass by!!!!!!!!
