I purchased a new house, got a new account which ins now in arrears for over R4000 and you are threatening to disconnect me HOWEVER YOU HAVE STILL NOT DONE THE TRANSFER FROM MY OLD ACCOUNT TO MY NEW ACCOUNT. I want all the penalties and fines reversed from this account that you added due to your incompetence I INVITE YOU TO DISCONNECT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
