Owner builds without plans and on building line

The owner of a property in Hospital Road ,Brakpan North, Brakpan has built a Double garage without approved plans and on building line in fact it touches the boundary wall.I complained to EMM Brakpan Office and spoke to the Building Inspector namely Robert who called me back confirming that a Citation has been issued and he awaits a response and has also handed the matter over to EMM Legal , I have heard nothing further I call the his number daily to no answer. I also have tried to get hold of Johan Crawford Chief Building Inspector but he does not respond to my numerous emails nor calls.<br> <br> Surely this owner must demolish this building and it is the EMM responsibility to do so or is it that as the wife of the owner works for EMM by laws do not apply???<br> <br> BAD BAD
