Overflow of Sewer

I have a problem with my sewer manhole that is overfowing and I phone the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality on Monday 22 October 2018,they showed up but did not fixed it. Then I phoned them again on Thursday 25 October 2018, they told me they know about the problem and they will fix it and Sunday 28 October it was getting worse and it is now becoming a health risk
