Overcharging of bills in sky city

Hi I'm not happy with the service for city of ekurhuleni they sent me bill amounts to R7862 I asked for a break down no answer, now they sending me final demands, I'm not going to pay such amount the this people are overcharging us for no reason I moved in end of December,
