Overcharged on my prepaid electricity

Morning EMM, Am been overcharged on my prepaid electricity, I usually buy electricity at around R1.20c/kwh, now am been charged different/higher amounts per KWH every time I buy.

I bought electricity for R300 this weekend from capitec and only got 155kwh, I thought it was a mistake from the bank, so i then bought again for R100 from FNB and this time i only got 16kwh, I then bought again for R100 from Capitec and I still got 16kwh. surely am been ****** here.

Please advise what I need to do to fix this and how do I get my right amount of electricity refunded to my account. See below proof of transaction and also see attached.
