Overcharged

I requested that someone come see mine and my neighbors water meter because one of the meters is leaking. No one came as far as I know. My reference number is ***. BUT when I phoned yesterday the 26/10/2015 they said they would escalate the query. <br> I then received an sms from e-siyakhokha saying my account is at R17,150.00 how did that happen? My water bill is normally R750 a month.<br> This is absolute nonsense and I refuse to pay a cent until someone justifies that I used R17,150.00 worth of water in one month.<br> There has definitely been a mistake made on the metro side.
