Overcharge on water meter affects Total charges
water meter charges me 280kL since January 2015 and has been under investigation.the issue is that on monthly basis the charges are so high that the finances department is cutting my electricity.the account move R4500 -R7490 ONLY charges meanwhile i am paying monthly.
