Over Charged

I wish someone can look at our account cause billing is all over the show this month alone is more for R364 and nothing was done in the house like using more water. My husband came and explain that he is no longer working and even now he is no working but our bill wow. We do our best to make payments, I will be happy if the manager can look at our account history and check and assist. Last month bill was R877 which is April May bill is R1,241 you check March bill was 1,059 and you ask yourself where do they get this meter reading really. I have lost hope with EMM service I don’t even know what to do.
