OUR MISFORTUNE NOT THEIR PROBLEM

I have logged a fault on Tuesday 29 SEP 2015, nothing happened. I logged anther fault on Wednesday 30th Sep the technicians start at 18h00 will attend. Try phoning from 19h00 until 21h00 can't get through. phoned Thursday morning at 6h00 logged another fault as the consultant said my first reference was completed. it is now 15h15 still no power. The municipality is useless.
