***** on account

Got my Ekurhuleni water and rates account. The last 11 years no problem that is what I thought. Yesterday to my surprise the system has a different adress to my account number which I pay monthly. Adress on invoice is correct which I print out and keep it after it has been paid.

The man I spoke to yesterday on the phone at Ekurhuleni informed me that I need to go their offices in Kempton Park to solve this *****. SO I need to go and sort out the ***** they created for who knows how long? This is unacceptable.
