Not service delivery

I have received horrible service on several occasions. My impact meter isn't working, we logged a cal last week. Tuesday i went there personally and today my husband went and all we get told is technician is coming. Since last week the technician has been coming. How long does it take for the technician to come. I took wasted leave! now my son wont have hot water for his milk. So it means we must sit in the dark because the technician is still coming!!!
