Nonsense service from Ekurhuleni Municipality

I'm very much disappointed in the service levels at Ekurhuleni municipality. I logged a call yesterday on 24/06/2023 to say the electricity is off and the meter box does not load. The agent said a technician would come through. Till now no one has phoned back no one has come through. My husband was at the offices and was also told a technician would come through none of which has happened. I have honestly heard of bad service but this excels. What are their turn around time?
