non service delivery by boksburg electricity dep

I have logged a call (***) on the 17 March 2015 reporting the street lights not working in Kangaroo street villa llisa and up to date the lights are still not working. I was told that it takes 28 days for the matter to be resolved. I then made a follow up and I was told that the lights were fixed on 19 March 2015. I told the call center person that the lights are not fixed and I was advised to go the municipal office to report the matter. <br> I went to the boksburg 6th floor and the lady at reception told me to call Gilbert and directed me where to him.<br> <br> I drove to where Gilbert was stationed at the electricity deport in Trichardt street and the security told me that they are working on site. I then called the call center and ask to speak to the supervisor Vusi Sidlayiya . He promised to resolve the matter for me and told me that the lights will be fixed on Thursday morning 07.05.2015, the lights are still not fixed.<br> <br> I am paying for my rates and taxes and I cant get service from the municipal. Why must I be thrown from pillar to post regarding the services of which I am entitled to as a citizen ?<br> <br> Someone need to take responsibility and sort this matter out
