Non existent customer service

We have been without power since 1 PM on the 3rd of March 2025 and it is now 9 PM and nothing has changed. Where is the customer service? Every agent I have spoken to today hasn't been transparent at all with me and when you talk to them over the phone, they interrupt you constantly. It seems like nobody wants to do their job at this municipality. They are only there for the paycheck and benefits. They say they will get back to you, but they never do. When my meat in my freezer goes bad, I'm gonna send it to them since they are responsible for my power.
