NO WATER FOR 4 DAYS AND COUNTING.

On the 12th jan (tuesday) municipal people came to move the water meter(acc no : ***) from inside the yard to outside, later in the day there was no water...on Wednesday I went to their offices (katlehong) and was given a ***, and we waited no one came. On thursday I went back and spoke to a gentleman( teboho) who said the complaint was received and he will refer it to the relevant department and still we went without water yet another day, on friday when I went back Teboho said he said he sent the complaint to a wrong department and will fix it, on my way home I received another ***. I felt I had to escalate the matter with the local council (Ndima) who gave me a number for (Keke) who also gave me a number to call the office for someone else... basically all these efforts and im still without water, something which is a basic need from tuesday and it looks like another day today.
