No water

I've had no water almost the entire day in my area.<br> I phoned the call center quite a number of times. The first time I got through the call center agent said she couldn't hear me and hung up the phone.<br> The second time I got through the call center agent literally whispered into the phone because I could hear absolutely nothing.<br> Then I went to my local municipality and spoke to the guys in charge of Ekurhuleni water in my area. He showed no sense of urgency to assist me and he wasn't even aware a large part of Ekurhuleni was without water.<br> I called him just before 16:00 and he told me that maintenance teams have been working on pipes in the area and the water should be restored at 16:00. It's 18:30 and I still have no water!<br> He couldn't tell me where the maintenance team was working which means he was lying to me.<br> He said that if I required more assistance I should phone the 24 call center...well well well...the call center closes at 16:00 or 17:00 as well.<br> So much for government employees actually knowing what their jobs are supposed to be. I will not pay my bill until I have water restored!
