NO WATER

I live in Selcourt Springs....since Monday, 30 September 2024 we have NO WATER and we had NO warning for us to prepare. I phoned Ekurhuleni numerous times to put in the complaint...they give you a reference number, but sadly that is all you get...still NO WATER!!!! Going to the ward councillor helps absolutely nothing, as he has now switched off his phone. We get NO feedback on what is going on. PLEASE HELP!
