No urgency to service delivery plea

I will reiterate on this matter until its dealt with,I would like to lodge a complaint on negligence, this no more poor service delivery. We the residents of Groeneweide specifically those closest to the veld (of which is another issue) adjacent To Elspark (also possible victims too) have been exposed to a foul-pungent sewerage smell for the past few months. The issue was escalated to the municipal relevant people however the matter is yet to be resolved to date. There has not been any thorough feedback on the matter at hand and this cannot be tolerated any more. Residents around the area are already paying for the necessary rates and taxes for the usual maintenance of such facilities but poor service delivery is all that has been received. I fail to understand why individuals must be pushed to do their job. Incompetency is a serious matter and will not be tolerated anymore. I urge that the respective parties act on this issue at hand as planned.
