No services on damage water pipe

<p>Good day on Monday (20-3-2017)at 5 a drunk diver went over the pavement and hit my water meter . The water was streaming down the road so we manage to turn the water off. I phone ekurhuleni ********** 000 report the matter and was given ref no ********** . I phone again on Wednesday and was told that number was closed, they give me a second number ********** . I phoning every day and the answer stay the same we will escalate the matter this is 5 days later and still no water. Today they told me this matter was also closed but yet a still got no water but they will escalate this. Please I need help.</p>
