NO SERVICE DELIVERY from Ekurhuleni Municipality - Springs (Blocked drains left to overflow and cause damage to property)

On 07 August 2021 we contacted Ekurhuleni on *** to report a blocked main / sewer line in Casseldale Springs. I received reference number CM*** from the lady that assisted in logging the call. By the 24th of August the water was seeping from the drain into my yard and I called them again. The guy advised someone will be getting to us the same day (24.08.2021). Guess what NO ONE CAME!! Now 26.08.2021 my court yard is overflowing with drain water, we cannot run bath water, shower, dishes, or laundry. The water is coming from every available hole...

There clearly is NO ASSISTANCE from our Municipality and we are now taking this matter to the Springs Advertiser for investigation. My property is being damaged due to NO SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!!
