NO SERVICE/ BAD SERVICE

Ekurhuleni Municipality is denying us the basic right to have electricity. The electricity box in our street has tripped now. They lost the key to open the box so that they can fix the street light and supply electricity to our house. There is about 6 houses in Candirus street involved with this problem. I have made contacts with the Municipality reporting the problem and went there physically after receiving a lot of excuses with no joy. when we went there they tell us that they lost the key to open the box and there is nothing they can do to help us. It is now week 2 without electricity and no one want to be accountable for this problem. They are taking us from one pillar to post. Now we are suffering the they say there is nothing they can about it and they cannot even refer us to someone who can help us. All our food has been spoiled. We leave under bad conditions with take away. It is a terrible condition and no one cares. I wonder if they would appreciate being in our shoes for one day. Can someone who still have sympathy and care for people they serve help us or atleast refer us to someone who can assist us. DONT JUST SAY THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUIT.
