No ******* collection but we get threatened

Recently ekhuruleni enforced the wheelie bin in our area for *******. On day one our was ******, ekhuruleni does not have bins to resupply us. We put our ******* out on the day of collection, which is Tuesday's, but they don't collect it, I assume because it's not in a bin. It's been 2 weeks, now we are being threatened with legal action if we do not remove it within 48 hours and we're told to only put it out on collection days...which we did!! AND no-one answers the phone so we can try rectify this! So maybe if you do your job ekhuruleni, our country would be much more hygienic as you put it!!
