No response. Because they obviously don't care
<p>I reported a electrical fault on the 10 October. Reference number ********** . They did not even bother to come out. Their meter box is standing open and I had a look inside. 2 houses Circuit breakers</p> <p>( including mine) has a hot connection. The live conductors is very badly burnt on the load side. </p> <p>I have taken a picture and will put in on Facebook and send it to the DA. Then maybe They would make an effort. I can't believe how many meter boxes in the Alberton area are standing wide open. Just wait until a child gets hurt. The electrical manager needs to be fired.</p>

They did not repair the fault yesterday. They never arrived. They don't need access to my house as the problem is in their box. I want you to know that if my electronic equipment or appliances are damaged. I will hold them responsible. I have taken pictures
