No response

I have been waiting for my refund from Oscar Siwela since the 8th of February 2023 now he's not responding on my emails. And the *** number that was given to me by the call center agent is not being answered all the times when i call. Your service is very poor. I was not expecting such a very bad service after all the promises were made to us by the mayor.
