No power and municipality doesn't care to even come out

Power went out on Wednesday. Fault was raised. Up until now, there is not a single response from technician despite over 20 calls to call center. No follow up. No help. Escalation is non existent. What a horrible municipality. I had to eventually pay someone R2000 to resolve my issue otherwise I would have lost all my groceries. Can't even complain to them. No complaint department. If you have issues in Alberton, fix it yourself. The municipality doesn't care
