No municipal account received since moving to Ekurhuleni

I bought a home in Ekurhuleni in 2017 (transfer registered at the Deeds Office in October 2017), but am yet to receive a rates account. I have several times tried phoning the Call Centre and the accounts department, but the phones are not answered, nor have been several e-mails. I appeal to anyone at Ekurhuleni Municipality to contact me at ********** so that I might start paying my rates. Thank you.
