the previous owner using my water Nditsheni from springs Municipal was to come back to me but when you call him his line is always busy and has not contacted me yet i am still paying the water bill for me and previous owner that lives behind me. Nditheni said if i don't pay it they will cut my electricity i must pay until he gets back to me he has not 1 month now
