No electricity supply to the property

No electricity supply since Saturday the 7th. I logged a ticket on Sunday advising I do not have power suppling to my property and I was told the turn around time would 24 hrs for electrician to attend. Which has not happened till this day logged another ticket on Tuesday via WhatsApp. What told this has been escalated but till 7 days into the week no one has bothered to attend to me.

On Wednesday I was told an electrician was dispatched but no has attended. I asked to complaint on Wednesday. The following email was provided which does not exist or work ***
