No electricity since Monday the 28 December 2021

On the 28th December I have logged a call that I have no electricity at my house, on the 29th the technician came and did not fix the matter at 12pm and he left the electricity box open and promised to come back he never came back still today we have no electricity. On the 30th December I have logged 5 calls using the same reference number and all 5 Agents promised to send the technician and call me back, I am still waiting this is long overdue. What do I do on situation like this? Who suppossed to fix my electricity?
