No electricity got 30 hours

Good day Dear City Manager,

It’s now 29 hours that many houses here in Goodman St, Rynfield have no electricity.

We have all reported it multiple times to the CoE Call Centre. We have also reported it via your App.

We have messaged your Head Engineer, Thokozana & Chris Day.

We have emailed the Mayor and the Executive Assistant.

We have posted on the CoE Facebook page and the Call Center page.

We have messaged our Ward Councillor.

I have tweeted Gwede Mantashe and the Office of the President.

I have messaged 702 Talk Radio and Carte Blanche.

I have messaged Helen Zilla and John Steenkamp.

BUT, despite all of this, not one single person has bothered to respond or resolve the problem of the residents and voters!

STILL, we sit in the dark. Our security compromised, our food in our fridges compromised, basically everything compromised and it feels like NO ONE gives an iota!!

We are now appealing to you for a response and a resolution.
