No electricity for hours

We live in Homestead, sunnyridge, gerdviewin germiston and our electricity has been down since one this afternoon. The contractors are at the sub station and at seven this evening they stated they must just connect up and the electricity will be on, the electricity is still not on and it's been an hour totally rediculous. Our meat, geysers good and everything will go off but there is a no care attitude, really disgusting
