No electricity for 6 days

What a bad and terrible service I have NOT had electricity for the past 6 days I've called the municipality several times a day they have all said they will escalate the matter but still no one has come to fix our electricity, it's frustrating because I have 2 toddlers in the house with no electricity I'm drained and frustrated...my follow up number since I logged the call is MC***
