No electricity

We logged call Monday *** Supervisor responsible for our problem number:*** We been calling supervisor his been lying to us saying people coming to fix problem but nothing fix. We been without electricity for 2 days I have used R1350 so far for generator just so kids can be fine, then get sms saying they received our request must wait another 48 hours. Ekurhuleni call center agents hung up phone when we call. This ain't right we pay for our things and then get treated like s**t and get *** service.
