No Electricity

I dont have electricity for the past 2 days ( the worst part is that its only my house) and I called EMM to log my call and nothing has happend since then. I pay my rates and service in time however no one assisted me to date, the call centre agents kept saying that the technician is coming, nothing to date and am heading to the 3rd fday
