No electricity another week

It's a disgrace another week without electricity and its a nightmare. Every week we without electricity in Homestead, Germiston, Gauteng. We are told numerous times on the time it will be restored but nothing happens. Our food, security and health is at risk and costs so much money, yet there is a no care attitude. Not even the HOD does anything for his community and the ward councillor on leave makes the matter worse.
