No electricity...AGAIN!!!

<p>We have had no power since 07h45 this morning 09.04.2017. I called to log a query at 8am and was told that they didn't even know the power was down in our area. I called again at 11h25 to find out why the power was still off and was told that cables had apparently been ****** and that Technicians were tending to the problem. I ask them to ask the Technicians to speed up the so called repairs.</p> <p>This is getting ridiculous!!</p> <p>We have been without power 9 times since the start of 2017. And every time it is off for 3 hours or more!!</p> <p>They are slow to correct the problems and take forever to answer that phone when you call to find out what the problem is.</p> <p>Please can someone urgently tend to the issue. I am paying for electricity and receiving NONE.</p>
