No electricity

Since Monday I've had no electricity. On Monday I went to spar to pay the bill in hopes they would atleast come the next day to turn it back on but they didn't. I then went to the municipal on Wednesday and told them what had happened and they logged it in as no power and took down my number and reference number and they sent someone to turn it back on. When I got home I was shocked to find that there was no power at home after I wasted my money to Uber there and back. I went to the municipal again today on Thursday to find out what was going on because I was told someone had turned it on but they were closed even though their operating times are 08:00 to 16:00. They have been sending us up and down R200 down because of uber trips that had no outcome
