NO Electricity

The service from Ekurhuleni Energy dept is nonexistent. We've been experiencing power outages - hours at a time since Tuesday. On Friday when I phoned again - the call center agent became very agitated and told me to be patient and wait for the technician. To date I've NEVER spoken or seen a technician. On Sunday at 10h00 our electricity went off again. It is now Monday 18/01 and still no electricity and no technician came to see us. When we speak to the call centre and ask what is the problem they don't want to tell us and say that someone is working on it. One of them mentioned something about a circuit breaker and it's affecting 3 houses? <br> <br> Despite numerous follow up phone calls we have not had any positive response - I just don't know what to do any more!!
