No electricity

Im a resident in bruce park bruce street , we dont have electricity for the past two days. We have reported it and no one is willing to help out food in the fridge has melted and meat rotten this is not good at all because we are paying on daily basis and this is how we are treated, it seems like the technician in the municipal seem not to get the problem because this always happen . I do not expect this because technicians should have knowledge of what is happening and fault should not return more than 3 times
