NO ASSISTANCE NO UPDATES NO HELP FROM MY LOCAL MUNICIPALITY

My name is Roshana Jayne Moody I have Been trying to deal with the late estate of my late parents. From 2021 you until now. I have battled the entire way through and it is an absolute nightmare. I paid almost R400 000 last year in order to sell the property. The last step is waiting for for the refund. I was told payment batch is made end Feb. Now I'm told they still waiting for payment and my conveyor says now it takes another 6 weeks ??? I've called the numbers so many times to try and speak to someone so many times that it's not even a joke anymore.

I am only 32 years old but I've literally learnt so much it's unreal and it is just getting worse can someone ANYONE IN THE EXPENDITURE DEPARTMENT PLEASE CALL ME OR EMAIL ME OR SOMETHING PLEASE.
