No assistance!!!

Good day<br> <br> I have been trying for a month now to validate a hand written traffic fine. I have the notice number: 51/67984/155.<br> <br> I have been trying to find out if the fine is registered or if it maybe already have been paid. But NO ONE can assist me. I have been phoning about 10 different numbers, and everyone that I actually DO get hold of, keep on referring me to the next person. Seems that no one is able or competent to assist me in my query. I have been trying to contact the Ekurhuleni Metro Department as well, and no-one pick up the phones. This number does not work: ***. Please can someone just assist in checking the fine for me, and I will gladly do my bit.
