No Answer on Phones (PPP)

I have been trying to get a hold of the Blue bins / skip for over 2 weeks. The phones just keeps ringing till it cuts off. Numbers tried Blue bins / skip:***, SOLID WASTE / REFUSE REMOVAL ENQUIRIES: ***, and even Enquiries at: ***/1/2. NO ANSWER AT ALL. Look like I must take my Wais Bins to a private company.
