My House flood_A|_s while Municipality drops my calls

Monday the 29th i wake up to a flooded house.<br> <br> Ekurhuleni Municipality dug up a hole in the front 2 house up the road from me and burst a pipe.<br> instead of fixing it, they leave it as is.<br> <br> the road slopes so all the water comes right into my yard and worst part into my house, i woke up to a horrific view of a fully flooded house.<br> <br> i immediately called the Ekurhuleni Municipality to report this and Buisiwe Gumede tells me the turn around time is 24 to 48 hours, i explained to her that i can not wait that long and requested to speak to a supervisor, the agent then hung up on me.<br> <br> i called back again to speak to man who placed me on hold and did the very same thing, HUNG UP ON ME, at this point i have spend almost R100 in mobile airtime trying to get assistance.<br> <br> i called the 3rd time to get to the very agent who hung up on me the first time, for her to do the very same thing again.<br> <br> all i need is someone to fix this mess that I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH!!!<br> <br> i called for the 4th time and eventually was put through to a Team leader- Kgaugelo Magwada , who to be honest was just as bad as all the agents, 4 to 24 hours she tells me.<br> <br> i have a flooded house and still no help!!!
