Municipality day light *******

The municipality in tembisa increases rates without letting us know.When we complain we are told that the value of our house has gone up.Meanwhile we’ve never even been told about the evaluation and how they get there.Now we are paying 3 times what we used to pay before.We are being charged refuse 3 times in a month and they tell us we were not charged.They don’t even collect that refuse but we must pay.It doesn’t make sense as well for them to cut access to electricity when we buy it.If you fall behind because of all the above our electricity will be cut off.We don’t pay because they don’t treat us like community members,things are just being done and no one informs us of any changes ,they just do as they please and we are expected to pay.Now we can’t even afford to pay for our services because of the nonsense of not notifying us when things are adjusted.This is unfair and this should stop,we pay for a service not for them to just rob us like that.
