Municipal Sewerage flooding our property!!

<p>On Friday night 11th November we noticed water gushing out of the manhole on our property. As we had not used any water we knew it was a fault on the council side. We placed a call with EMM at 18h30 and were informed the plumbers will come straight away. All through the weekend we continued to phone and were told the plumber has been dispatched we must be patient. Now it is Monday morning - still no plumber(I was told he had a huge job in Roodepoort. I have a question what is the Boksburg municipal services doing sorting out a huge problem in ROODEPOORT???!!). It smells like we are living on a sewerage plant. We cannot use any water and the council couldn't care less to sort out the problem!!</p>
