Moving the meters

I requested the meters to be moved because they are on our drive way On Thursday the 17 November .I went to springs municipality on the 18 November to report it again because I didn't get the case number.i recieved the sms with the wrong surname today on the 18 November I received the sms that the address is wrong.i called them but they are not answering.
