Moving and fixing water meters

I reported 2 water meters (mine and my neighbour's ) which are installed on my gate/driveway to the Vlei Road water services office in Crystal Park Benoni. At first i was turned away several times and told there is no contractors to do it and they don't know when the contractors will be appointed. The meters are on a stand I bought and i had scheduled to start building on the site. I told them that there is a lot of activity on the site and they could be damaged. No one was prepared to assist any further until i got hold on Francis Bacon who is the chief Engineer. He was prepared to listen however could not assist . He told me that i had to pay for the meters to be removed which i did. The payment process took several visits to the municipality and lots of phone calls because no one knew where the money should be allocated. Francis refereed me to a lady called Harryette who is supposed to assist further. Harryette is never available on the phone and the office and after over 10 days of looking for her, she tells me she is waiting for an order which she doesn't know how long they will take before they are approved and then she will send a contractor . the meter is leaking and i c
