Most pathetic ,*********** and unprofessional service ,and still nothing has been sorted.nxa

I logged in a drain blockage complaint on the 19th of November, up to now no one has come to fix it,I have gone to the springs town council about 4 times since then and they keep telling me that someone is coming to sort it out,the other time I got a call from Deon van der Merwe who is apparently their foreman and he said they will come sort it out still nothing,two weeks ago I went to the town council for the 4th time and they told me that their machine was damaged and they would only be able to come on Monday, its been two weeks since then and no one has come,I have two daughters they cam even go play outside coz the drain is blocked, im breeding mosquitoes in my yard,worst part even my dogs are sick ,I now have to take them to the vet,an extra cost on me thanx to these *********** and unprofessional council people who don't even bother to communicate or call,its almost a month now ,as I write this im on a call with their call center talking to a lady called Lufubo probably for the 10th time this month and as they always do I've been put on hold and it 40mins now .how pathetic is this service .
